We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products at our San Diego RLT warehouse facility. This role is pivotal in maintaining GMP records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to couriers with appropriate labeling.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry for GXP documents and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and processing of goods, including inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment and transfer materials to proper storage areas.
• Inspect and verify materials, labels, and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in site and team projects, including creating SOPs and training materials.
• Operate radiation detection equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Distribution, Warehousing, or Manufacturing in a regulated industry.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferences

• Associates or undergraduate degree in business or science-related field.
• Hazardous shipping training.
• Knowledge of procurement/inventory management systems and procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, can-do attitude.
