Responsibilities

• $18.75 - $21.75 per hour (based on experience)
• Average annual earnings: $40,000 - $54,400+ (depending on OT, experience, and bonuses)
• Monday - Friday. 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with product selection in the showroom
• Retrieve and present product samples
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Process sales orders, payments, and transactions accurately
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics
• Create shipping orders and packing lists
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate account and order management
• Stay informed on products including hardwood flooring, countertops, and backsplash tile
• Support trade customers with product recommendations

• High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum 12 months of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and customer needs
• Basic math skills and ability to perform quick calculations
• Proficient with PCs and multi-window systems
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Regular standing, walking, and occasional sitting
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Close vision required for detailed tasks
