Facility: A comprehensive care center serving seniors in East County, California. PACE enables individuals aged 55 and older with chronic health conditions to live independently while receiving coordinated medical and social services

Opportunity:

• Schedule Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Experience Required: One year of experience in a patient activities program with the elderly or disabled in a health care setting preffered
• Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED completed
• Certifications Required:
• Must maintain current First Aid and CPR
• Must have reliable private vehicle,
• Proof of CA drivers' license and maintain proof of current vehicle insurance
• Language Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
