Title: Construction Superintendent
Pay Rate: $45-55/HR
Location: 17082 Thornmint Court San Diego, CA

Be boots on the ground. Walking around, coordinating with contractors, vendors sub-contractors. Reviewing and supporting 12-13 PMs. Eyes in the field/ review the schedules. Review the change orders. Support the inspections with fire department.

Looking for someone who has around a decade's worth of construction experience. Someone at a superintendent level. Understand contractors, can read the plans. Someone who is professional and responsible

Certification: OSHA 30 would be nice to have

Software: Proficient in all MS programs, BlueBeam, be able to be proficient. Pro Core.
