PCI San Diego, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate (Materials Management Associate I). The primary work environment will be in a controlled warehouse, adherent to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and procedures, working with temperature-controlled materials in equally controlled environments. The ideal employee will support the processes associated with the movement and storage of inventory to other PCI San Diego, Inc. departments and sites. The employee occupying this position, upon completion of training, will have a basic understanding of the receipt, shipment and general storage and movement of GMP materials. Employees will be expected to follow PCI San Diego's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for materials handling and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when handling internal and external documents.
Schedule: M-F 6:00am - 3:00pm

Within the warehouse environment, employees will routinely experience varying noise levels and interruptions to workflows due to environmental distractions. Employees may also at times be exposed to various chemical substances such as fumes, airborne particles, toxic substances, or bio-hazardous materials within controlled environments using the proper PPE. Employees may be required to work at heights using various types of material handling equipment such as an Order Picker. Employees may be required to occasionally work overtime to complete tasks, projects, or assist in ongoing operations which include early start times, working past end of shift, or weekend work. Employees will be required to comply with all internal procedures and adhere to all applicable industry regulations.

The hiring rate for this position is $17.75 - $19.40 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
