A growing San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team as they continue to expand. This role offers a clear partner-track opportunity for the right attorney who is looking to grow long-term with a firm.

Due to increasing demand and continued success, the firm is actively interviewing and looking to hire quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Civil Litigation experience required
• Strong litigation and case management skills
• Real Estate or Construction Law experience is a plus
• Ability to manage cases independently and work in a team environment

Compensation

$140,000 – $200,000 depending on experience

Fully on-site in San Diego
