Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Litigation Paralegal based in San Diego, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
• Strong skills in Legal Research and familiarity with legal databases.
• Experience in drafting and organizing Pleadings and Motions.
• Experience with
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with attorneys, clients, and team members.
• A paralegal certificate or relevant education and experience in civil litigation are preferred.
• Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus.
