About the Role

The Property Supervisor focuses on field execution and is responsible for labor efficiency, quality control, site inspections, safety, profitability, and overall client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract maintenance services for multifamily, shopping centers, retail chains, office buildings, industrial and government facilities.
• CAM's service lines include: Day Porter, Janitorial, Parking Lot Sweeping, Landscaping, Pressure Washing, and Maintenance Technicians
• Perform QC inspections, meet with clients
• Estimate enhancement work to improve property aesthetics and value
• Enforce SOPs and safety standards
• Dispute resolution

Success Measures

• Quality Control (QC) scores
• Client retention
• Extra work revenue

Compensation & Incentives

Training Bonus

• $3,000 Training Bonus, payable after 90 days of employment

Salary, Incentives and Benefits

• Hourly range: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour (DOE)
• Incentives: Quarterly and Annual incentives totaling 20% of annual base salary
• Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance
• Benefits include: HMO, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance; 401k; Vacation and Sick time
