Recruiting for 2 labor and employment law attorney jobs focused on wage and hour class actions and PAGA class actions as well as some single plaintiff side lawsuits. Specializes in class actions, wage and hour class actions, as well as general employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and Whistleblower termination.
Options for fully remote and hybrid remote. 1-5 years of experience with preference given to those with employment law or class action experience or great law school, either of them works. 130,000-175,000 salary range plus massive bonus potential on top, and great benefits package.
The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a comprehensive understanding of employment law, with the ability to handle complex cases from inception through resolution.
