Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Workers' Compensation Attorney(s) at our Southern and Northern California offices, offering flexible opportunities for work-from-home arrangements. The attorney will handle workers' compensation cases, provide legal advice, perform in-depth research, and represent clients in hearings and depositions. Responsibilities also include negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, and keeping clients informed of case progress while adhering to client-specific guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workers' Compensation Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Attend hearings & depositions
• Demonstrated ability to provide sound Legal Advice and deliver strategic legal solutions
• Excellent Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving cost-effective resolutions
• Current membership in the State Bar of California
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage an active caseload while meeting deadlines
• Experience in Workers' Compensation Defense is preferred but not requirred
