* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations

* Keep in touch with leads to sustain their interest and assist throughout their hiring process

* Accurately record notes and updates within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on meetings you facilitate, interviews conducted, and successful hires sourced from your outreach
