Description:

A Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide support at the elementary level (K-3) in a school setting. This position includes a caseload of approximately 35 students and will cover maternity leave from the end of April through the end of the school year. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech and language services to young learners to support their communication development.

Location: Osseo, MN

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students (K-3) with diverse communication needs
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and caseload records
  • Deliver services within the school framework for effective student support
Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with telespeech and teletherapy methods preferred
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or current licensure as an SLP
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
