We are known for quality, reliability, and strong client relationships.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands‑on Operations & Field Manager to help stabilize, organize, and elevate our daily operations.This role is ideal for someone with strong cleaning experience and natural leadership instincts—someone who values structure, problem‑solving, accountability, and supporting both clients and team members.Position OverviewThis is not just a cleaning role.This Is An Operations Leadership Position That Supports The Business At Every Level. You Will Serve As The Central Point Of Coordination BetweenCleaning team membersClientsShort-term rental (STR) and property management partnersScheduling, quality control, and operational follow-throughKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Coordination & SchedulingSchedule and coordinate cleaners dailyConfirm availability and ensure proper job coverageCommunicate job details, access instructions, and expectationsHandle call-outs and last-minute schedule changesEnsure cleaners are prepared with proper supplies and informationAddress performance issues professionally and promptlyTraining & Quality ControlOnboard and train new cleanersEnsure adherence to company SOPs and quality standardsReview post-clean photosConduct in‑person cleaning audits when necessaryProvide coaching and identify areas for improvementClient & Partner ManagementServe as primary point of contact for key partners (including STR and property managers)Track job progress from start to completionRequest and review job photosManage client feedback, concerns, and follow-upsUnderstand property‑specific expectationsOperations & Administrative SupportMonitor supply inventory and storage stockTrack and manage restocking needsAssist with pricing and job estimatesSupport invoice preparation and reviewEnsure jobs are properly closed in company systemsTroubleshoot day‑of operational issuesManage incoming client calls and communicationsQualificationsRequired2+ years of residential or STR cleaning experienceLeadership, supervisory, or coordination experienceStrong communication skills (text, phone, in person)Reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseComfortable managing adults and providing feedbackHighly organized, calm under pressure, and solution‑orientedPreferred (Strongly Valued)STR or property management experienceExperience with scheduling software (Housecall Pro, BookingKoala, etc.)Bilingual (English/Spanish)Hospitality or hotel housekeeping management backgroundWhy This Role MattersThis Position Directly SupportsTeam stabilityClient satisfactionBusiness growthFounder sustainabilityYou will have meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and influence within a growing company.How To ApplyPlease submit:A brief summary of your cleaning and leadership experienceWhy you are interested in an operations or management roleConfirmation that you have reliable transportationShortlisted candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview.#J-18808-Ljbffr
