Daygo's Playbook is a sports-driven hospitality concept that blends premium food and beverage, golf simulators, and event-based entertainment into a high-energy social experience. Designed as a destination venue, the concept focuses on driving consistent traffic through a combination of interactive entertainment, elevated service, and curated programming. Built to scale, Daygo's Playbook is positioned as a flagship brand in the growing sports and experiential entertainment market.

We are developing a large-scale, high-energy sports entertainment venue in San Diego, combining golf/multi sport simulators, premium bar service, and event-driven hospitality. This will be a flagship location designed to deliver a unique social experience and scale into multiple markets. We are seeking a General Manager to help build and lead the operation from pre-opening through launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-opening strategy, layout, and operational planning
• Build and manage staff (FOH, bar, events)
• Develop service standards and customer experience
• Oversee day-to-day operations post-launch
• Drive revenue through events, programming, and partnerships

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–7+ years in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment venues
• Experience opening or scaling a concept is a major plus
• Strong leadership and team-building ability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Passion for sports, nightlife, and guest experience
