A company is looking for a Physician Talent Advisor who will serve as a recruitment strategic partner for acquiring physician and APP talent.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talentImplement short and long-term hiring plans while evaluating current staffing levelsCreate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and leverage data for performance trackingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and/or five years of physician/APP recruitment experienceExperience communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadershipKnowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulationsAbility to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level AgreementsProven record of successful physician and APP recruitment
