The short version: We talk to women who are already curious. Your job is to make sure they don't talk themselves out of something that will absolutely change how they see themselves.

What Reclamation Boudoir Photography does and why: We are a supportive, results driven team. The owner is a mother and while we work hard, she is really committed to a work life balance for anyone working with the company.

We create high-end boudoir photography experiences for women across every chapter of life- but what we're really doing is making it a little easier to undo the messaging that that we receive about our bodies and how we should be as women, seemingly more and more every day. We're helping women enjoy being in their own skin, and just a lot more fun to be a woman. We believe the relationship a woman has with her own body has ripple effects in her own life and the world, so while we know that boudoir isn't going to save the world, our clients tell us how it plays a powerful and impactful role in their own stories.

We're not here to fix anyone. We're not in the business of "empowerment" as a commodity or a buzzword. We're in the business of creating spaces — physical and experiential — where women across every chapter of life feel equally at home, equally seen, and equally entitled to access and embody the ease, confidence, and fierce feminine power that already exists in them.

What you'll actually do:

• Take pre-scheduled consultation calls with potential clients and walk them through the experience — what's included, investment range, what to expect, why it's worth it
• Follow up with women who've filled out our inquiry form but haven't yet booked a call — warm outreach, real conversation, no scripts that sound like scripts
• Represent the brand with the same energy the brand has: genuine, a little knowing, never pushy, a sincere love of fun, and shameless appreciation for women
• Utilize the company script to guide your calls

Who you are: We're looking for someone to have a background in sales — ideally high-ticket, service-based, or anything that required really listening before talking. We don't want a pitch machine. People really open up on these calls, so being able to sincerely talk with people while carrying the upbeat, fun and excited vibe throughout. We need someone who knows how when a woman is considering investing real money in herself, the conversation has to earn that.

We would like someone based in LA County. Very, very occasionally we would need an in-person moment in Santa Monica (truly rare — think once every 6 weeks, usually less). You're comfortable working independently and representing a brand you actually believe in.

We are really looking for someone who is passionate about breaking out of the expectations placed on women, and equally passionate about a woman's right to enjoy life and enjoy herself. We LOVE having fun and having a good time, so we hope you do too : )

• You've worked in wellness, beauty, photography, or a similarly values-driven space
• You've sold something where emotion and investment go hand in hand
• You've ever had to help someone get out of their own way

Compensation: $32+/hr + $25 commission for each signed client, commensurate with experience (We currently book an avg of 12-14 clients per month)
