Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or policy concerns.; Monitor access points and observe visitor activity during patrols, helping to enforce community rules and directing individuals to the proper check-in and/or assistance locations.; Complete patrol reports and incident documentation, communicate key updates to site management and/or incoming officers, and report hazards or suspicious activity promptly.
