To process return to vendor product in a timely manner. Assess product Quality issues as they arise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and support all Warehouse part orders. Individual part orders and Spare parts program. Create Part Orders for in-warehouse requests Manage lead times for part orders Create vendor chargebacks for parts passed the lead time or not available Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Maintains a safe and orderly work environment. Maintains professionalism with managerial staff, other associates, reps, visitors, etc. Willingness to assist in other departments. Basic understanding of company policies and procedures. Respond & follow up to emails in a timely manner. Respond to Kustomer tickets in a timely manner. Follow up on PO issues & exception management from Ec. Utopia. Run the POAGE report on a daily basis Run the PER report on a weekly basis.
