Maintains consistent attendance, punctuality, and appearance that contribute to a high level of team performance and guest service. - Responds in a timely manner to trouble calls such as store issues, leaks, lights, restrooms, etc. - Responds to maintenance emergencies as needed. - Documents call incidences as appropriate. - Assists in preparing the facilities for special events, including setting up and taking down chairs for shows in the Show Court and Park. - Ensures housekeeping and maintenance equipment are maintained and available for use. - Cleans blood borne pathogens and other biological spills. - Always handles cleaning chemicals as directed using proper formula for their safe use.
