Sales Manager

Maverick Toyota is looking for an experienced professional with strong management experience and the ability to motivate and train our sales team. This position is for someone who has experience as a closer, desks deals and will assist the sales team with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team is reaching their sales and volume goals
• Close deals
• Coach and train sales staff
• Motivate Sales team
• Oversee team's customer satisfaction and retention index
• Meet monthly gross and volume forecasts
• Supervise and manage the sales team to ensure and verify that they are prospecting and networking on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Two or more years of previous automotive sales manager experience
• Ability to motivate and supervise staff
• Strong work ethic
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge of product line
• Great attitude
• R&R experience preferred
