Job Purpose:Provides ice and stocks supplies in drink stations.Job Duties and Responsibilities:(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time.)Ensures adequate supply of ice in drink stations by delivering ice and filling beverage machines.Ensures beverage stations are stocked and clean by completing and submitting supply requisitions; placing delivered water, cups, and condiments in beverage stations, ice machines, and counters; removing cardboard and trash; and sweeping and mopping drink station area floors according to established procedures.Promotes guest relations by greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, offering appropriate information, product knowledge, knowledge of up to date promotional contests, and giveaways, and giving any needed assistance.Job Specifications:Education and Experience:Essential:County of San Diego Food Handler CardDesirable:Guest or Hospitality Service experienceConcession experienceCasino experienceSkills and Knowledge:Essential:Ability to interact effectively with guests and team membersAbility to stand and walk for up to eight hours at a timeAbility to complete forms and documentsAbility to appear for work on timeAbility to work in a smoking environmentAbility to communicate effectively in the English languageAbility to maintain professionalism and composureAbility to understand verbal directives and written instructionsAbility to accept constructive criticismAbility to routinely lift and carry 50 poundsAbility to bend, stoop, push and pullDesirable:Multi-lingualSupervisory/ Managerial Accountability:Direct: NoneIndirect: None
