The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will operate within a consultative sales system that blends outbound prospecting, discovery, and structured closing. You'll work within a pod-based sales model alongside senior closers and technical experts, helping prospects move from their current state to a clearly defined future state.

You will:

  • Generate and qualify opportunities through outbound efforts (targeted prospecting, competitor displacement, and strategic outreach)
  • Conduct discovery conversations using a structured framework (current state ? problems ? impact ? future state)
  • Present tailored growth strategies backed by real data, forecasting, and ROI projections
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, AEs, Marketing) to deliver high-level solutions
  • Close new business and contribute to recurring revenue growth
