Within S&G, the Advisor Business Line Strategy team stewards the evolution of LPL's affiliation models for independent-minded financial advisors. We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented leader to accelerate growthparticularly within our supported modelswhile strengthening the effectiveness of our recruiting and realignment processes.
Reporting to the SVP, Advisor Business Line Strategy Growth & Profitability, this leader is accountable for defining and managing the enterprise realignment strategy and roadmap. You will convert firm-level targets into actionable plans, oversee key pilots and initiatives, and build seamless pathways for advisors entering or transitioning across LPL's affiliation models. Your work will remove friction, increase conversion, and drive long-term advisor partnership with LPL.
You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Distribution, Success Management, Affiliation Consulting, Transitions, Field Leadership, and executive stakeholders to deliver coordinated execution across the entire advisor acquisition and conversion funnel.

Pay Range:
$159,900-$266,600/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
