Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential client records and documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate communication between families, care providers, and internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing educational materials and resources for clients as part of our support mission.
  • Support event planning and coordination for community outreach and client engagement activities.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks to support financial processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the health care or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact empathetically with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A compassionate attitude and genuine interest in supporting families navigating senior care solutions.
