POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES DCP and UR in an acute care setting
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license and passing VI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM rotating to cover days of week and weekends
