Description:

RemX is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator for an onsite role in Tempe, AZ. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys greeting guests, keeping an office running smoothly, and providing general administrative support.

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay: $23-$25/hr

Start: Immediate

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and serve as the front desk point of contact
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen areas, and shared spaces
  • Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and assist with calendars
  • Perform basic filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Assist with correspondence, light reporting, and general office tasks
  • Coordinate vendors, office services, and occasional errands
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative or front desk experience preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
