Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel with 8+ years of experience practicing law in California, to serve as local counsel and occasionally lead counsel in various state and federal courts in California. Applicants should have substantial experience in managing cases, researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda and motions, arguing court hearings, drafting and responding to written discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Applicants should also have a strong academic record. Ideal applicants will demonstrate interest in or experience with integrating AI applications into their practice.

Quarles offers competitive salaries, bonus, and great benefits to employees including paid time off, health, vision, dental, 401k, life, disability and much more. Benefit eligibility is dependent on hours. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, education, and skills of the applicant, including book of business for more experienced roles, and other job-related factors. The range for associates is $175,000 to $280,000 per year.
