Your Key Responsibilities

• Use our proprietary platform along with your networks to source healthcare candidates
• Engage potential candidates by introducing the opportunities with MLR and assessing their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for detailed screenings
• Follow up with individuals to keep interest alive and support their journey into new roles
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you organize, interviews that occur, and hires from your leads
