Job Summary The Senior Manager, Product Management is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively position the company's products in the market. Lead a team of professionals, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of successfully launching and positioning products.
Knowledge & Skillsets Required:
Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and competitive analysis.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for customer-focused marketing.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple products or regions
Demonstrated ability to partner with product management and influence product development through market insights
Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals
Ability to leverage data and market insights to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and improve performance
