Encore Global - - Responsibilities: Rigging activities per event needs and establishing hang-points; Ensure safety and proper use of rigging equipment during events; Coordinate with Rigging Coordinator/Lead Rigger and other trades; Maintain ongoing inspection of hardware and escalate issues as needed; Remain on site until motors are raised to trim and assist in show execution
