In this fully remote role, you'll provide consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options. You'll qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate Medicare or Under 65 plan when applicable. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a seasonal, work‑from‑home position.
