What You'll Do

• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiting team for in-depth screenings
• Actively follow up with leads to sustain interest and support their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you coordinate, interviews that take place, and successful hires stemming from your leads
