A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Transformation Communications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports the Transformation AgendaFacilitate the articulation of the organization's transformation for external audiences and contribute to resource mobilizationDesign and facilitate dialogue forums to process change and actively share stories across the organizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate strategy, or change management, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degreeMinimum 7 years managing communications projectsProven experience supporting organizational change initiatives or complex transformation projectsStrong portfolio demonstrating complexity reduction in communicationExperience in the Non-Profit or International Development sector is preferred
