Role Description
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online retail presence across Amazon (U.S., Canada, and U.K.), Walmart.com, Target.com, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This role owns day-to-day marketplace operations, sales growth, content optimization, and advertising strategy across platforms, with roughly 80% of time focused on Amazon. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure each digital shelf looks sharp, performs well, and keeps our products top of mind (and cart).
Qualifications
5+ years of e-commerce experience, with heavy focus on Amazon Vendor Central
Proven success managing multi-marketplace operations (U.S., Canada, U.K.).
Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities during peak season (November–December), with a strong sense of ownership and determination.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok Shop operations.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
Ability to problem solve in high pressure situations and come up with unconventional/creative solutions
