Are you an experienced Claims Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Analyst to work at their company in San Diego, CA.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general liability, bodily injury, motor vehicle accidents, and/or subrogation insurance work.
• Investigate, analyze, and pursue recovery against entities that damage company facilities, property, equipment, and/or facilities.
• Involvement in general liability claims, including investigation, analysis, and determination of the extent of the insurance company's liability concerning personal, casualty, bodily injury, loss of business, or property loss or damages, and attempt to effect settlement with claimants.
• Oversee claims processing and payments to third-party providers, monitor charges, and verify correct payment of claims.
• Send denial letters on claims and follow-up requests for information.
• Set up claims, review payment reports for accuracy and compliance.

Preferred:

• Experience in subrogation, motor vehicles, personal injury, and property damage.
• Preferred companies: Geico, State Farm, Farmers, Client, Progressive, etc.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but years of experience can be a substitute.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex situations.
• Good writing skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate.
