A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, FDE + PubSec.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, grow, and retain a team of Forward Deployed Engineers for enterprise and public sector customersSet technical quality standards and enhance customer engagement across the FDE practiceProvide technicalguidance on integrations and manage delivery execution for customer engagementsRequired Qualifications3-6+ years of engineering management experience, preferably with a customer-facing engineering teamStrong software engineering background with the ability to engage on architectureExperience in the Public Sector, Defense, or Federal markets, with familiarity in compliance requirementsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements with competing prioritiesAbility to obtain a US security clearance (or active clearance) is preferred
