A company is looking for a Manager, ILA Construction to lead a team of project managers in overseeing site construction activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of construction project managersOversee full lifecycle of site construction activities and ensure consistent execution across all projectsManage project budgets, forecasting, and vendor performance while ensuring contract complianceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction management, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructureMinimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing teamsStrong understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical construction practicesExperience managing large-scale, multi-site deployment programs
