Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Floral Associates with our client in Vista, CA. Production Floral Associates perform essential roles with one of our top clients, starting at $17.00/hr., with overtime opportunities available. As a Production Floral Associate, you will pull flower buckets from the cooler/freezer for production needs, assemble bouquets by selecting flowers and placing them onto the conveyor machine, label, package, and prepare finished floral products for shipment, move and organize flowers and materials throughout the production area, assist with general cleaning including sweeping and mopping floors, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required – entry-level position

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment with repetitive tasks

• Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and basic counting/sorting skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work in a chilled environment

Available Shift:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
