About the job Associate Attorney - Product Liability

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is seeking an associate attorney with at least 2 years of litigation to join its Product Liability practice group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract disputes; product liability defense; public sector law, including First Amendment matters; and data privacy and technology issues.
• Advise on product liability matters, representing clients in court, and helping them strategically manage risk before a lawsuit is filed.
• Work with companies in a range of sectors, emphasizing aviation, technology, and consumer products industries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of consumer brands and aviation products.
• Knowledge of representing manufacturers in mass tort disputes.
