A company is looking for a Mortgage Operations Specialist to manage loan opening duties and support the Senior VP of Lending.Key Responsibilities:Review loan files for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulationsCoordinate documentation and communications among borrowers, agents, and third parties throughout the loan processFacilitate timely loan closings and conduct post-closing outreach to ensure borrower satisfactionRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentA minimum of 4 years of residential mortgage/industry experienceExperience with RESPA regulations and Encompass softwareFamiliarity with mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation BProficient in Microsoft Office & Windows, as well as DU and LP systems
