A company is looking for a Concierge & Reservations Systems Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert for Sabre, troubleshooting GDS errors and managing complex ticketing issuesProvide personalized service to guests, coordinating communication regarding flight management and special requestsDevelop internal knowledge guides and conduct GDS training sessions for the Concierge teamRequired Qualifications1-2 years of experience in a Global Distribution System, preferably SabreProficient in complex pricing and ticket exchangesPrior Help Desk experience in a travel agency or airline environment is preferredAbility to work remotely and flexibility to work weekends in PSTExperience with customer service tools, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, is a plus
