A company is looking for a Site Optimization Specialist to support site leadership and corporate teams in the efficient start-up and delivery of multi-site clinical trials.Key ResponsibilitiesPromotes the company's image and clinical trial capabilities to enhance growth and profitabilityFacilitates communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of trialsManages study start-up processes and monitors enrollment metrics to meet expected targetsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health sciences, business, project management, or related fieldExperience in clinical research roles such as Coordinator, Assistant, or Project ManagerFamiliarity with CTMS, EDC, and site operationsUnderstanding of best practices, FDA regulations, and clinical protocolsAbility to travel up to 5% as needed
