Zone Sales Associate

Average total pay: $17.75-$22.00+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Aiming for the Podium: You'll be on the front lines, connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find exactly what they're looking for to enhance their ride. You'll be driven to meet and exceed sales goals, always looking for ways to improve and celebrate those wins with your team.
• Taking Risks, Wearing a Helmet: You'll bring your ideas to the table and aren't afraid to try new approaches to engage with customers and showcase our products. We encourage a learning environment where we can all grow from our experiences.
• Sharing the Road: You'll put people first, treating every customer and teammate with respect and genuine enthusiasm. You'll be the kind of person who's always willing to lend a hand, no matter the task, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

You'll ensure a seamless customer experience by effectively transitioning customers to other team members within the zone and across the store. You'll actively participate in team discussions and contribute your genuine perspectives to keep customer experience the primary focus.

And, like any good pit crew member, you'll be ready to tackle other job duties as needed.

Qualifications

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Bring prior experience in customer service or sale - you know how to connect with people and close the loop.
• Are genuinely fired up about motorcycles, powersports, or the lifestyle - you speak the rider's language.
• Get a kick out of building rapport and turning a casual conversation into a successful sale and a loyal customer.
• Are a strong team player who shares the road and celebrates wins with the crew.
• Have a self-starting, "Aim for the Podium" attitude and constantly look for ways to level up your game.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new opportunity to serve the rider.

• You'll kick off your journey with a strong focus on learning! Your first five shifts will be dedicated to learning the ropes of our store operations, our sales process and product knowledge. To ensure your full focus is on training, your first full month will be base pay only.
