Job Description
We are seeking a Principal-level Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Functional Lead to support and optimize our already-implemented planning environment and integrate two newly acquired companies into our end-to-end planning processes. This role is hands-on and requires deep configuration expertise in Oracle Demand Management Cloud and Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, with the ability to improve forecast accuracy, reduce inventory imbalances, and manage real-world constraints like lead times and capacity.
This role will also help implement process and system enhancements based on PwC advisory recommendations, ensuring planning capabilities scale consistently across entities.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion SCP Configuration & Optimization (Hands-On)
Configure and optimize Oracle Demand Management Cloud and Oracle Supply Planning Cloud
Manage planning setup including: calendars, organizations, hierarchies, sourcing rules, lead times, constraints
planning parameters and plan options
planning measures (base/derived) and analytics validation
Run, validate, and tune planning cycles and scenarios to improve business outcomes
Acquisition Integration / Multi-Entity Planning Expansion
Lead planning onboarding for acquired companies: align item/forecast structures, planning policies, and master data
integrate planning workflows into existing
Oracle Fusion SCP landscape
Standardize and harmonize planning processes across entities while respecting business differences.
Business Outcomes (Core Focus Areas)
Improve forecast accuracy
Reduce inventory excess/shortage
Address long lead time and capacity constraint planning challenges
Partner with planners to establish trusted plans and measurable KPIs
Data & Enablement
Lead/support planning data loads via FBDI/ADFdi and validate planning inputs/outputs
Partner with data/integration teams to ensure planning data pipelines are stable
Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement
Delivery / Governance
Own enhancements aligned to PwC recommendations; translate into actionable configuration and process changes
Support CRP/UAT for enhancements and new org onboarding
Maintain functional documentation and configuration artifacts
Compensation
Up to $185,000/yr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
