Coordinate door to door logistics for household goods shipments, including pickup, packing, transportation (ocean & air freight), storage, and delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns throughout the move process
Prepare, review, and maintain shipment documentation (estimates, inventories, ocean bills of lading, AWBs, delivery receipts, etc.)
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays, damages, or service issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations
Track shipment costs
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Two (2) years'+ of experience in logistics, transportation, moving services, or relocation coordination preferred
Familiarity with GSA/ITGBL programs is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication
Working in a networked environment using Windows and/or Windows like interface using Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at a proficient level
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
Office-based with frequent communication via phone and email
May require flexibility to support moves across multiple time zones
