This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in San Diego, CA. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their specific needs, and recommending suitable spa and hot tub solutions. Daily tasks will include demonstrating product features, following up on leads, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role may also involve attending training sessions to stay informed on new products and trends in the spa industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide excellent service
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn details about spa and hot tub features and benefits
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing customer accounts and sales documentation
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software or CRM systems
• Previous experience in retail sales, luxury products, or home improvement is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
