Context: The Corporate Communication & Public Affairs Directorate is responsible for promoting the Bel brand to its targets (journalists, partners, political decision-makers, client distributors, employees, consumers), and in particular: its growth strategy to offer healthier and more responsible food for all its CSR commitments and its desire to have a positive impact on its entire ecosystem.
The Directorate is made up of three divisions: Corporate Communication Division, responsible for promoting and protecting the "Company" brand externally (PR, digital, crisis communication) Corporate Communication Internal Division, responsible for corporate communication with employees. Public Affairs Division, responsible for managing relations with international, national, and local public authorities. The Directorate is looking for its future intern, starting from September 2026.
The communication officer's objective is to implement the company's international communication strategy. He or she advises and assists the different stakeholders in their communication approach and produces written or oral communication materials. The communication officer organizes and participates in the company's various internal or external events and works in conjunction with the different suppliers.
External Communication: Participate in the writing of creative and editorial briefs for agencies to work on the communication strategy of the Bel corporate brand and follow up on projects. Update information on external platforms such as the corporate website, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Participate in the writing of content for external communication materials, such as press releases, articles on the corporate website, and publications on social networks. Conduct media and competitive intelligence to contribute to the analysis of the company's e-reputation and the adaptation of external communication strategies. Follow up and analyze the performance of posts Participate in the fluidity of information with internal communication
You can apply if: You are currently preparing a level 5 degree such as IEP, Celsa, business school or a university degree with a specialization in public affairs and communication; Sensitivity to the issues of institutional and public communication; Writing skills and good analytical and synthesis skills; Relationship skills and good oral communication, intellectual curiosity; Marked interest in subjects related to the food sector, consumer brands, nutrition, and CSR with good knowledge of the actors of this sector and its functioning at the French and European level; Fluent English (written / oral); Excellent project management skills; Mastery of the office suite and communication channels and tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Canva etc); Previous experience in communication or marketing is appreciated
