One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning - - Responsibilities: Follow up on sales leads and lists, outstanding proposals and repair quotes; Manage multiple, ongoing, opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment; Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, to both new and existing customers; Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients, and generating revenue; Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
