Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and/or disorderly conduct through visible presence and attentive observation.; Assist with closing procedures, alarm-related responses, and customer assistance requests as needed, while supporting loss prevention efforts and other security-related operations at the location.
