Job Summary Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join their team! This position is located in San Diego, California.
Core Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to business leaders and departmental teams
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage conference room logistics
Arrange business travel, prepare itineraries, and process related documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and visitor communications
Assist with financial record keeping, expense tracking, and administrative reporting
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including agendas and meeting materials
Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
Support special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Ensure records and information are accurate, organized, and delivered in a timely manner to support business operations
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of professional administrative support experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience supporting multiple departments or business leaders
Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and office operations
Previous experience in a corporate, shared services, utilities, manufacturing, or engineering environment is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and 28.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
